Do you offer refunds on digital downloads?
No - all of our digital downloads are delivered immediately after purchase and are not eligible for a refund.
Can I copy and use your poems without permission?
No, all of our poems are subject to copyright written by Sarah Hurst @Arthurwears.
Please do not copy, paste, create your own imagery or reproduce without permission. When sharing via social media such as facebook, please include the url (web address) of the poem and tag Arthurwears.
If you would like to read this poem at your wedding -please include the copyright and URL info and email Sarah @Arthurwears - we love to keep a list of readers so that we can keep you in our thoughts and wish you well!
What is the refund policy for physical items?
All of our current physical items are outlet sale items and therefore are not eligible for a refund. Once they are gone they are gone.
Any future non-sale items will be eligible for a refund within 7 days providing this is due to quality or damages issues. Photographic evidence must be provided and items must first be returned in an unused condition for inspection. We do not cover the cost of returns.
We are not personally responsible for late, delayed or missing orders due to external couriers. This will be taken up with the courier or postal service directly.
Can I request a digital download or print om demand item?
If you have an idea for a digital download or printed item - please do get in touch. We cant make any promises but if we can help, we will!
Do you ship abroad?
Sorry, but we currently only sell to the UK.
